The Luton Sunday
School Department
On the 13th
January 2002 our
Sunday School was
re-launched amidst
much fasting and
prayer. This has
proved to be a great
success thus far
with attendance
increasing by 25%.
By changing the
start time and
increasing the
number of teachers,
we have been able to
build on the legacy
passed on by those
who laboured before
us. We ‘boost not’
in ourselves but
give God praise.
The Sunday School is
the foundation and
growth of the
Church. Let us sow
seeds of
righteousness in the
hearts of our
children so that we
can reap God fearing
men and women to
become teachers,
missionaries,
evangelist, deacons,
preachers and
responsible and law
abiding members of
the community. This
is a great challenge
for the church to
continue to labour
in the vineyard.
May I take this
opportunity to thank
Bishop Blake for his
wisdom, guidance and
support. Thank you
also to the parents
and all the staff.
Our target for the
coming year is to
break the 100
student barrier.
Support the Sunday
School by telling
your friends and
family. We’re never
too young or too old
to learn more about
the Good News
Gospel.
